The assignment was to make a calendar to promote the work of Natteravnene / the Night Ravens. 

The Night Ravens is a Norwegian based franchise organization of volunteers that encourages adult, sober citizens to walk around in the city in groups at night during the weekends. Their task is to be visible and available for the public as it is believed that this will prevent violence and anti-social behavior. The volunteers will also assist people who are unable to take care of themselves.

 

The pictures show the different sources of light that can be found around the city. They will symbolize that The Night Ravens are a kind of "guiding light" for people who may have come into a bad situation or aren't quite able to take care of themselves. The graphic elements are various brick patterns that provides an association to the city streets, and this helps to reinforce the urban theme of the calendar.  

My group made up a set of rules that people can follow when they're out in town, in order to stay away from bad situations.
